What I do best

I help teams define the right problem before rushing to solve it. That includes clarifying user needs, identifying business constraints, shaping product direction, and making thoughtful tradeoffs when scope, timelines, or technical realities are in tension. I am especially strong in situations where a product needs structure, focus, and a clearer path forward.
I bring structure to complex systems — designing information architecture, flows, and interaction patterns that scale. I work across the full UX lifecycle: discovery, definition, design, and delivery.
Accessibility is a baseline, not a checkbox. I bring WCAG standards, screen reader testing, and inclusive design thinking into every project from the start.
I thrive in the spaces between disciplines — translating between design, engineering, product, and business. I have led design teams, managed stakeholder relationships, and partnered with research, legal, and executive leadership.
I am at my best when things are messy. I know how to run workshops, facilitate alignment, and move work forward when there is no clear answer yet.
